COMMUNICATION WITH BUYERS VIA TELEPHONE AND E-MAIL ON VARIOUS ISSUES:
- WATER ORDERING
- REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL PRODUCT ASSORTMENT
- INVOICING AND RECOVERY OF OUTSTANDING DEBTS.
Within the User service we have a Call Center, in Belgrade, and each day we receive as much as 300 calls from our buyers. Calling is totally cost-free and you can do it any working day from 8 AM to 4 PM and from 9 AM to 2PM on Saturdays.
