Our Sales employee will contact you as soon as possible to arrange Annex signing.

First you need to fill in the standard contact form on our website or the form in the COOPERATION section. It is advisable to enter in the note - the kind of cooperation you are interested in (whether you want to become our user or offer your products and services), and if you are interested in using water coolers, state how many, what is the approximate water consumption, do you need water filters, coffee machines, etc. You will be contacted as soon as possible.

Registration is simple and easy. By clicking REGISTER, and choosing Legal entity you will see a contact form that needs to be filled. After submitting the form, we will contact you as soon as possible to agree on the delivery of the necessary documentation, signing the contract, if you are not already a contract user, etc.

You can report a malfunction of the appliance via e-mail: servis@knjaznatura.co.rs, contact form on our website or by calling the phone number to which you usually call to order water. The deadline for repairing the fault is up to 7 days, depending on the location.

If you are not satisfied with the product purchased on our online shop, we will resolve your complaint as soon as possible. If you find that the product you ordered is defective or you are not satisfied with it, please contact us as follows:

Our goal is to design offers in accordance with the needs of customers. We take into account the number of required watter coolers, water consumption, logistical requirements, etc. Based on all of that we grant discounts. Send us an inquiry and we will send you an offer based on it.

Legal entities are obliged by the contract on the use of water coolers to have a minimum water consumption of 3 bottles per month and per appliance. The condition for free usage of the watter coolers is 5 bottles per month. For information about our offer, it is best to send a specific inquiry.

Delivery is free of charge.

In the case of advance payment, it is not necessary to sign the contract, but you must provide basic information about the company, so we could register your company and create a proforma invoice/invoice.

Yes, we cover the whole of Serbia with our distribution network. It is best that you send us an inquiry, on the basis of which we would give you the delivery dynamics for the required locations.
On the territory of Serbia, we have 8 distribution centers in the following cities: Subotica, Novi Sad, Zrenjanin, Belgrade, Sabac, Pozarevac, Kragujevac and Nis. 

Sanitation of water coolers, or disinfection of the system through which the water passes, is mandatory, and it is usually performed every 4 months. At customers request and depending on the conditions in which the devices are used, it is possible to perform this service more often.

Delivery is usually done on weekdays, Monday-Friday, respecting the working hours of customers and specific internal security and other procedures.

It is necessary to send e-mail request for termination of the contract to office@knjaznatura.co.rs, in which you will state your data and reasons for termination. We will contact upon receing your request you and carry out the procedure for termination in accordance with the contract terms.

In order to buy online, you must be registered. In addition to easy purchases, registration provides you with insight into your contract terms, previous purchases, order statuses, debt statuses, debits for water coolerss and other equipment, the possibility of using mobile applications, various promotion benefits, active communication with our customer service and many other possibilities.
